Collision Center Estimator

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Estimator.  The Collision Center Estimator, under the leadership of the Collision Center Manager will support the process to satisfy customer demands by facilitating the process to provide repaired vehicles to customers that will exceed their expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare accurate, complete and honest damage estimates for customers
  2. Inspect damaged vehicles thoroughly using standard written procedures
  3. Estimate the cost of repairs and the anticipated time needed to complete repairs
  4. Monitor repairs as they are made, track costs labor and materials
  5. Ensure that the work meets quality standards
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
  7. Coordinate and communicate actions within the dealership and the Collision Center

 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers
  •  Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to work in a fast pace work environment
  • Customer Service experience a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient with multi-line phone system and computer skills
  • People focused and obsessed with providing great customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
